Legal
Terms of Service
Effective June 16, 2026
The short version
- Use the service like a reasonable person, and we're square.
- The service is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at what you've paid us.
- You can cancel any time. We can suspend abusive accounts.
- Your data stays yours.
This is the agreement between you and Esposito Holdings ("we," "us") when you use espositoholdings.com or any of our micro-apps (the ones listed on our apps page). By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal.
- Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other nasty things.
- Resell access to the apps without our written permission.
- Pretend to be someone else.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you do any of the above. We'll usually email you first, but if the abuse is bad enough we won't.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, email us right away and we'll lock it down.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. The price you see at signup is the price you'll be billed each month until we change it — and if we change it, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
Cancellation: you can cancel from /account/ any time. Your access
continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged
again. If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid signup, email us and we'll refund that charge
in full — no questions, no awkward dance. After that we don't automatically pro-rate refunds for
the unused part of the billing period, but if your situation is unusual, email us — we'd rather
sort it out than leave you annoyed.
If a payment fails, we'll try again a few times over the following week and email you. If we still can't collect, your access to the paid apps will be suspended until you update your payment method. Your account itself stays open.
What we promise (and don't)
We promise to try really hard to keep the service running, to fix bugs reasonably quickly, and to be straight with you when things go wrong.
We do not promise: that the service will be available 100% of the time, that it will be free of bugs, or that any specific feature will keep existing forever. We're a small operation; the service is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — for example, if CashFlower miscalculates a category and you make a budgeting decision you regret, that's on you. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
Your data
You keep all rights to anything you put into the apps. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process it only as needed to run the service for you.
Want a copy of your data? While your account is open, email us any time and we'll send you an export. Once you delete your account we permanently remove your data, so grab an export first. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll email registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Trivial changes (typo fixes, clarifications) we'll just publish.
Termination
You can terminate at any time by canceling and deleting your account from /account/.
We can terminate or suspend an account for the abuse reasons above, or — with at least 30 days' notice — if we shut down the service entirely. If we shut down a paid app, we'll refund any unused portion of your current billing period.
Legal stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Esposito Holdings is a limited liability company organized under the laws of Illinois.
These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
